Apartment is located in the city of Batumi. The living space of the apartment was originally 110 sq.m. and the remaining 144 sq.m. belonged to the open terrace. According to the customer's requirements, we increased the volume of living space. We reduced the terrace to 75.5 sq.m., and increased the apartment area to 178.5 sq.m.

The apartment consists of the following spaces: hall, living room, kitchen and dining room, bathroom, laundry room, two bedrooms and master bedroom with bathroom and wardrobe room.

The apartment is decided in fairly bright colors. At first glance, the design is contemporary, but if you follow it carefully, you will discover a few classic details: 1. French pile parquet, that never goes out of fashion; 2. Interior doors; 3. Golden details with aging effect. The golden partition, work desk, wardrobe shelves and mosaic arrangement of the bathroom brings amazing classic style to the interior.

Eventually, the idea of ​​designing a modern apartment with almost unobtrusive classic details and making it acceptable to both the client and us came out conceptually correct and visually very sophisticated.
