The house is located in St. Petersburg, in the summer settlement "Repin estates". We were once again given the opportunity to show how one can express more perspective with bare and simple lines than you could have imagined.

The planning of the area is orderly, the infrastructure is developed, the landscape is simple. Considering all mentioned above, there were no obstacles that limited us in the design process. The basic plan of the house is developed on one level and includes: living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom, relaxation room, bathroom, garage, boiler and several storage rooms. The house has a terrace along its entire length, which is comfortable to use at any time of the year at the expense of an outdoor fireplace. The hall meets a single staircase to the second floor, where is located living room, three bedrooms, bathroom and a storage room. The advantage of the second floor is the huge open space-roof of the house, which, together with the terrace, combines well with the function of a space for arranging various open parties.

We designed a second building in the land, which would be entirely intended for the spa area. There is swimming pool, sauna, relaxation room, open and closed terrace gathered in one space. This particular project is not distinguished by the variety of materials. Concrete, wood and stone are the features of our projects.
